Two black heavy-duty engineered plastic oar lock sockets to hold 1/2" oar lock pin sets. Sold in pairs. Includes all hardware and easy to follow instructions.

Designed for Old Town vinyl gunwales. We also use these oar sockets on Wenonah, Esquif and some other canoe brands with a similar VINYL gunwale design. Not for aluminum or wood gunwales. Hardware included is intended for vinyl gunnels.

If you like a low maintenance canoe then replacing your existing seats with a blow-molded polyethylene seat is the way to go. The seat requires no maintenance and will serve you comfortably for many, many years. Our Canoe Anchor Outrigger can be used in the bow or stern end of your canoe.
With this apparatus clamped in place you can deploy your anchor while seated quite far away.
The anchor is suspended out past the end of your canoe, so the anchor does not crash against the canoe while being raised or lowered. Compatible with most canoes.
You may want to trim one of the cross members for a particular canoe but the pictures we show did not require that, we just used different holes and faced the support the other way under the end cap.

Our 1" D is built for superior strength. The D is bar tacked to 1" webbing, which in turn is secured to a heavy-duty 36 oz PVC base by a series of box stitches. The 4.5" diameter reinforced vinyl pad is flexible, so it can be installed just about anywhere since it will conform to the hull's curvature.

Recommended for use in T-formex, Royalex, ABS and Oltonar canoes and best installed with our Vinyl D-Ring Adhesive (sold separately.) Possible to use this D-ring in other canoes with another adhesive rated for the hull material you have. Just follow your chosen adhesive instructions carefully and completely.

The Vinyl D-Ring Adhesive is specially formulated for use on vinyl or pvc.
(D-Ring pads and the inside of Royalex canoes are both vinyl)
It's a long-term UV stabilized, high strength and superior adhesion that is formulated to retain and maintain integrity in all applications.
The Vinyl D-Ring adhesive has a high viscosity for optimum gap filling between bonding surfaces.
