The DropShot Anchor Reel is a compact and dependable anchoring solution designed specifically for anglers who demand simplicity, durability, and precise control on the water. Whether you're fishing light current, wind, or structure, the DropShot Anchor Reel makes deploying and retrieving your anchor smooth and effortless.
Built around an anti-reverse clutch and sealed bearing system, the DropShot delivers reliable performance in both freshwater and saltwater environments. The variable-drag system allows you to feather your anchor's descent, giving you complete control over deployment speed. An integrated positive spool pressure system helps prevent backlashing. The open spool housing design promotes airflow and faster drying of your anchor line after a day on the water.
The included 50 feet of 1/8 inch marine-grade polyester cordage features YakAttack's signature Black and Orange color combination with an integrated reflective tracer for increased visibility in low-light conditions. The adjustable crank handle can be positioned in three different lengths, allowing you to customize leverage and the radius of rotation to your preference. The adjustable handle length comes in clutch and will save your knuckles in close courter situations when the anchor reel is mounted beside the frame seat of your kayak.
Designed to fit a wide range of modern fishing kayaks, the DropShot Anchor Reel comes stock with a flat track mounting base and includes an optional 45-degree angled mounting base for versatile installation options. It also integrates seamlessly with the YakAttack LeverLoc Anchor Trolley system, creating a complete anchoring solution that helps keep you positioned exactly where you want to be.

Boats that we ship to you MUST be signed for. Any shipping prices on our website are only an estimate; we will confirm actual prices with you via email once we have your order/address.
NOTE; We recommend that you completely unwrap and inspect the boat from one end to the other, making note on the shipping document of any tears in the packaging and/or damage. By signing for it you are agreeing with the shipping company that your boat has been received in good condition.
Once a boat is shipped it is yours. You are responsible to inspect the entire boat and note any damage on the shipping document. We are not trying to be harsh here but simply blunt as to the shipping company's rules.
