Our patent-pending design allows you to customize your Perception kayak with lots of cool accessories.
Solo Mount simply screws into the molded-in recess found on specified Perception kayak models and serves as the base for RAM accessories.
- No drilling or installation hardware required
Pair the Solo Mount with a wide variety of RAM ® accessories and mounts (sold separately) to hold phones, tablets, cameras, fishing rods, fishfinders, cup holders and much more.
Compatible with Perception Sound, Hi Life, and Pescador kayak models.
RAM's website has a helpful tool to help you identify the right mount for your device.
Keep in mind that it's a 3 part system: 1.) the base (which is the item you are looking at here) 2.) the arm which attaches to the ball on the base and 3.) the mount which attaches to the arm and is device-specific. RAM sells these components separately but also as bundles. Some of their bundles contain a base that does not have the screw bottom - you don't want that. Instead, select the arm and the mount that works with the Solo Mount in the 1" size (Size B.) or the 1.5" size (Size C.)
Although we have a great selection right now, our suppliers have told us supplies will be tight for the 2026 season. Demand for kayak and canoe related items is at an all time high. Due to complications, supply chain issues and also unprecedented demand, many of our suppliers are taking longer to fill our orders.

We usually ship in stock orders within a few days. Occasionally, we may send items direct from the manufacturer which may take longer. If you have concerns about getting your order by a certain date, proper fit or sizing it would be best to place your order by phone so you can ask us your question.

Boats that we ship to you MUST be signed for. Any shipping prices on our website are only an estimate; we will confirm actual prices with you via email once we have your order/address.
NOTE; We recommend that you completely unwrap and inspect the boat from one end to the other, making note on the shipping document of any tears in the packaging and/or damage. By signing for it you are agreeing with the shipping company that your boat has been received in good condition.
Once a boat is shipped it is yours. You are responsible to inspect the entire boat and note any damage on the shipping document. We are not trying to be harsh here but simply blunt as to the shipping company's rules.
