Simply drop the fin of the Mega Roller into the "crack" in the roof where the rear door meets the roofline. Roll your boat up onto the roof rack, then lift the Mega roller out and put it away.
Special No-rust Stainless-Steel frame with padding and rubber rollers.
Our Mega Roller's frame and "fin" are padded where they might contact the vehicle. We include extra self-adhesive felt padding for the Fin, just in case you want to customize the fit into the gap on your particular vehicle.
Our Mega Roller fits wide or narrow kayaks with a variety of hull shapes. We designed this Roller for so many of our fishing kayaks with complex hull shapes, like the pontoon style or Tri-hulls of Bonafide, Hobie, Native and Old Town Sportsman kayaks. Mega Roller is also helpful when loading canoes in the up-side-down position. The Boat Slide is helpful for most newer vehicles, especially where the roof has a spoiler or roof extension that sticks out to the rear of the vehicle. The Boat Slide protects the spoiler area.
Using the Mega Roller... First, the pointed front end of your kayak will glide on the 12inch Shallow Vee roller, then then wider part of your kayak will roll onto the outer flat rollers.

How do I know this Kayak Roller Loader will fit my vehicle?
The Fin under this roller frame drops into the gap where the 5th rear Lift door meets the roof on SUV, Crossover and minivan type vehicles. The Fin under this Roller is 12" wide and 1.5" deep, so the door gap needs to be fairly straight for at least 12". You can test for depth by sticking something thin (like a credit card) down into the door gap 1.5 inches.
Although we have a great selection right now, our suppliers have told us supplies will be tight for the 2026 season. Demand for kayak and canoe related items is at an all time high. Due to complications, supply chain issues and also unprecedented demand, many of our suppliers are taking longer to fill our orders.

Boats that we ship to you MUST be signed for. Any shipping prices on our website are only an estimate; we will confirm actual prices with you via email once we have your order/address.
NOTE; We recommend that you completely unwrap and inspect the boat from one end to the other, making note on the shipping document of any tears in the packaging and/or damage. By signing for it you are agreeing with the shipping company that your boat has been received in good condition.
Once a boat is shipped it is yours. You are responsible to inspect the entire boat and note any damage on the shipping document. We are not trying to be harsh here but simply blunt as to the shipping company's rules.
