This is our used Spirit II, Kevlar Ultra-light with center cane seat, Kevlar skid plates and removable ash yoke. Very Good condition, a sturdy canoe that's Ready to Go Paddling!
Like a Swiss Army Knife, the Spirit II does everything. As efficient as a long-hulled canoe and as maneuverable as a short one, the Spirit II strikes a balance between all good things.
Roomy enough for Algonquin and Adirondack trips, stable enough for fishing, kids or dogs. Perfect for lake travel but at home on moving water. Seaworthy and predictable in wind and waves. The Spirit does it all.
No wonder Canoe & Kayak Magazine said, "if you could have only one canoe to serve all your needs for the rest of your life, the Spirit II would be one of the very few candidates." Maybe that's why we sell so many Spirit II's.
Our most-versatile canoe has outstanding stability, superb agility and plenty of seaworthiness.
"Balanced" is the best word to describe the Spirit II. It travels distances easily yet turns extremely well.
It's capable on rapids, and open water, too. It's big enough for trips. It's also very stable.
At 17' long, it strikes a good balance between the efficiency of a longer hull and the maneuvering of a shorter one.
The Spirit II is safe and roomy, too, having capacity for medium-heavy trips.
With two large people it draws just 4", leaving lots of reserve buoyancy for gear.
Fully loaded it becomes more stable yet still handles well, even in waves.
Extra depth through the bow and stern and higher volume in the center gives this canoe extra capacity along with rock solid stability. The bow and stern height provide lots of overall volume for capacity and riding over boat wakes. 2 ergonomic bucket seats keep you centered in the canoe and provide adjustable bow seating. Our comfortable Bucket style SuperSeats are easily added to the existing seats, these provide a padded seat and supportive backrest while you paddle. SuperSeats are quickly removed for cartopping.

Boats that we ship to you MUST be signed for. Any shipping prices on our website are only an estimate; we will confirm actual prices with you via email once we have your order/address.
NOTE; We recommend that you completely unwrap and inspect the boat from one end to the other, making note on the shipping document of any tears in the packaging and/or damage. By signing for it you are agreeing with the shipping company that your boat has been received in good condition.
Once a boat is shipped it is yours. You are responsible to inspect the entire boat and note any damage on the shipping document. We are not trying to be harsh here but simply blunt as to the shipping company's rules.
