Jackson Kayak continues to evolve its river fishing offerings with the latest iteration of the Coosa line. Drawing on our expertise in hull design for dynamic water conditions and collaborating closely with our fishing team, we're proud to introduce the Coosa X, a true JK Team Signature Watercraft. This kayak is characterized by its stability, maneuverability, easy rigging options, and a host of new and innovative features.
The Coosa X is your go-to kayak for a range of adventures, from river trips and kayak camping to river fishing, exploring small lakes and ponds, or navigating narrow creeks and tributaries.
Featuring increased bow volume for river running and maneuvering through moving water, along with a versatile deck layout for various rigging setups, the Coosa X is crafted to be our finest kayak yet for river and small water fishing.
NEW FOR 2026: Every model in our 2026 fishing lineup now comes equipped with the Jackson Kayak Comfort Seat 5.0. Designed with a deeper ergonomic base for better posture and lower center of gravity, the 5.0 delivers improved support, increased comfort, and a more connected feel on the water. It’s the most advanced version of our iconic seat system, now standard across the board.
Features:
- Large bow hatch with paddle stager.
- Bow geometry for ease of adding bow-mounted anchor system.
- Jackson’s new TriTrak system provides almost unlimited gearing solutions. Using the channels in the TriTrak, installing electronics and hiding cables out of the way is a breeze.
- Gear track located in key areas for more rigging options.
- The bow and stern is designed with trolling and electric motor installation in mind. This is due to an adaptable four bolt pattern on the stern and a flattened, mountable area on the bow along with geometry to add foot-controlled steering.
- Drag chain management system in stern.
- Jackson’s patented EZ Hi-Lo Seating System takes comfort to new levels and allows you to raise and lower your seat with one hand.
- New footpegs allow for in-gunnel rod management, providing secure, protected storage for up to four rods to be safely stowed on either side of the seat along the gunnels.
- Oversized transducer scupper will handle most fishfinder transducers.
- Round rear hatch for access into stern of the kayak.
- Now comes equipped with adjustable carry handles.
- Anchor Passthrough Tube now fully factory installed and included.

Although we have a great selection right now, our suppliers have told us supplies will be tight for the 2026 season. Demand for kayak and canoe related items is at an all time high. Due to complications, supply chain issues and also unprecedented demand, many of our suppliers are taking longer to fill our orders.

We usually ship in stock orders within a few days. Occasionally, we may send items direct from the manufacturer which may take longer. If you have concerns about getting your order by a certain date, proper fit or sizing it would be best to place your order by phone so you can ask us your question.

We can often quote shipping for you within NY State.........Also, we have a truck going from NY to FL each month........And, we have a truck going from NY to New England 2x per month........if you would like to buy some canoes or kayaks from us,....please call us, ph;(585) 682-4849 or email us for a quote.
Boats that we ship to you MUST be signed for. Any shipping prices on our website are only an estimate; we will confirm actual prices with you via email once we have your order/address.
NOTE; We recommend that you completely unwrap and inspect the boat from one end to the other, making note on the shipping document of any tears in the packaging and/or damage. By signing for it you are agreeing with the shipping company that your boat has been received in good condition.
Once a boat is shipped it is yours. You are responsible to inspect the entire boat and note any damage on the shipping document. We are not trying to be harsh here but simply blunt as to the shipping company's rules.
