This is our in-stock Wenonah Prism, Intek Carbon Kevlar Ultra-light at just 32 lbs.  The exterior is a clear Carbon hull with integral carbon fiber skid plates on each end.  The interior is our special blend of Innegra and Kevlar which adds flexibility and toughness, this compliments the ultralight and stiff carbon outer layers.  The result is un-paralleled beauty, lightness and durability.  Black anodized aluminum trim, adjustable footbrace and a sliding adjustable bucket seat.

The material is called "In-Tek Carbon Ultralight".  InTek Carbon Kevlar Ultralight is a blend of interwoven black and silver fibers on the interior along with a clear black carbon fiber exterior.  InTek is a combination of high-tec fabrics: Innegra and Kevlar, with properties for a light and durable canoe that looks Amazing!
These very special canoes also have unique features such as CAD (computer assisted design) foam core and ribs and integral carbon fiber skid plates to make them the Best canoes you can buy.

Prism offers a unique blend of speed, stability and capacity. Extra fullness throughout the middle gives this canoe extra capacity for a week in the wilds. Fine entry provides quick paddling speed and efficiency.  Our ergonomic bucket seat keeps you in the center and can be adjusted for or aft to balance gear, or tracking, as winds dictate.  Add our Superseat cushion for even more comfort.

Our best-selling solo, we recommend it to paddlers of all skill levels and for most types of canoeing since Prism is an all-purpose solo with a good blend of stability, efficiency and capacity.
The Prism has fine performance and capacity with enough stability for anyone to handle. 
At 16'6" long with a straight keel line and a very good surface-to-volume ratio, this is a performance-oriented hull. It has sleek lines and fine ends for superb glide and speed. Ideal for cruising with a light load, it's also fairly deep and wide with full sides to give lots of volume. The bow and stern are slightly flared to deflect waves and bow depth carries rearward for even more dryness.
Among our solos, the Prism's capacity and seaworthiness is comparable to the Voyager's. And while it's only slightly less efficient, it's steadiness in waves makes Prism more comfortable for fishing and sightseeing while a foot less length makes for easier turns.

When Canoe & Kayak Magazine tested it against five other touring solos they said, "The Prism is all about glide and speed. It's a lean boat that tracks the best of those reviewed, yet will turn quickly enough, and returns to a stable position more readily than other fast canoes."

The Prism holds center-stage among our solos. It's not a day tripper like the Vagabond, or a cruise missile like the Advantage, or a mega-load freighter like the Encounter. 

It's not any one of those, because it's all of them in fair measure, and is our most-versatile solo.
