Will I even be able to find a part for a boat this old? I called everywhere. I began searching online. Nothing. Not even on Ebay.
I was about to give up when I found Oak Orchard. I gave them a call and OMG they had the part! They shipped it out the nextm orning and I had it here on Cape Cod in a couple of days. Love my ol' kevlar Sea Lion. Was afraid I'd have to have a custom part made or something. But Oak Orchard folks came through for me big time. My wife and I are back out on the water again!

I had simultaneously ordered a pair of Malone Steeltop Crossbars to attach to the roof rails of my Subaru Impreza; assuming that the Malone bars would be identical to Thule square bars, I ordered the snap-around mounts for the gull wing.
Alas, the Malone bars were a fraction of an inch bigger and the clamps wouldn't fit - fortunately I was able to substitute my older Thule bars and clamp down the gull wings perfectly! They are ideal for carrying my 18' Stellar Surf Ski.
