Style #2 rear truck rack, deluxe
This is our DELUXE, adjustable height #2 style Rear Truck Rack. Includes our custom base plates. An Oak Orchard Exclusive!

Designed to work with a single Yakima Rack over the Cab (front and racks are sold separately.) AND one Style #2 Rack over your truck's bedrails. Add optional Canoe Brackets OR Kayak Saddles for the ultimate Truck Rack setup.

We will need you to measure the width of your trucks "bed rail" (the flat area on the upper side of the truck bed). We like to make sure we ship the correct plate for your specific truck. Formed Base Plates mount under the tonneau cover frame and protrude outward from the bed rail a couple of inches. Our adjustable height uprights then mount on this base plate, outward from the tonneau cover or cap. Uprights and crossbar can be disassembled in minutes, leaving just the HD Steel Base Plates on your Truck. Crossbar can be removed from uprights in seconds OR the uprights & crossbar can be removed from the base plate as one piece for storage, ready to re-install. Most often our #2 Rear Rack fits between the axle and tailgate; this can vary a bit with the length of your craft and taper of the bedrail. We recommend the front rack be mounted over the cab.

NO -we will not sell you a pair of our #2 Rear Racks -since one rack on the cab and one on the bedrail is always better! As such, our racks are designed for the rear portion of the bed, not the front.

Our Deluxe #2 Rack is HD steel with black powder coat finish. Uprights are adjustable from 22" to 26" overall height.

Load limit 165 lbs. (the total weight on front and rear racks.) Includes a 78" round Yakima crossbar. Mount rack on each side at rear of truck bed. This version includes Clamps to attach the base plates easily, but you may choose to bolt on the same base plates -with nuts and bolts OR Nutserts and bolts (not included) instead of the clamps we provide.
