A slot in the front of the holder allows for a spinning reel to be securely held in position. The rod holder design has a side mounted flange, which leaves the bottom open. This allows for the rod holder to accommodate trigger sticks. Pistol grip rod butts easily clear the sides of the rod holder for quick rod retrieval. Rods can be secured in holder with a soft latching strap which snaps over the top. The rod holder is fully adjustable up and down AND rotates 360° locking into any position you choose.  The rod holder is easily removed from the mount with one hand in a second or so.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003ci\u003eWe make two adapters for this mount.
