The new version that fits your canoe may look different than your old end cap. You should NOT expect the new version to be identical dimensions to your 20 year old end cap. Exact dimensions have varied over many years BUT they still fit the same models. Measure from the tip of your canoe along the gunwale 19\" for (the length of the new end cap B.) then at that point, you measure across your canoe (the width of the new end cap B.) At that point 19\" from the tip it should be about 13.5\" wide.
